Barr. Anthony Daber is the Managing Partner of Ego Viral Global Law Firm. He started his legal practice at Nigeria Legal Aid Board and Hesse and Larsey, a Law firm in Rivers State, Nigeria with a reputation for commercial and corporate practice, where he advised on complex transactions concerning mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers, privatizations and initial public offerings and the enforcement of rights under financial agreements. He then moved to Heward-Mills and Co. as a Senior Associate. In the year 2010, he founded the law firm of Kingurch Int and is currently the Managing Partner.

In the past years he has gained considerable experience ranging from general assignments as a legal advisor for financial institutions on compliance matters to corporate finance and investment promotion issues. Throughout his legal practice he has been actively engaged in commercial litigation arising in the corporate and commercial sectors, such as banking transactions, civil fraud, corporate governance, finance service regulations, mergers and acquisitions, share capital reorganizations and employment law.
